You may return your item(s) for a refund or exchange if:
The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The item is in the same condition as when it was received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
We do not accept returns on:
Custom-made or personalized jewelry
Engraved or resized items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Gift cards or vouchers
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in original condition. You may exchange:
For a different size (e.g. ring size)
For another item of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference)
Contact us at returns@ocgems.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Securely package the item with all original packaging and documentation.
Ship it to the return address provided via a trackable courier service.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
A 10% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide images of the item and packaging.
We will offer a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
