Where We Ship

We offer secure and insured shipping to:

  • All regions within South Africa

  • Selected international destinations

Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom-made or engraved items may take 5–10 business days to process.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic (South Africa):
  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): FREE for orders over R1,000 / R99 flat rate for orders below.
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): R150 flat rate (selected areas only)
International Shipping:
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Most international deliveries are made within 7–14 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.


Tracking Your Order
  • All shipments include a tracking number and insurance.

  • You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • You can also track your order directly from your account or using the courier’s website.


Packaging & Security

Every order is:

  • Discreetly packaged for security during transit

  • Sealed in tamper-proof, protective packaging

  • Delivered in a signature OCGEMS gift box, perfect for gifting or safekeeping


Insurance & Liability
  • All orders are fully insured during transit.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ocgems.co.za for assistance.


Address Accuracy
  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

  • OCGEMS is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to:

  • Customs inspections (for international orders)

  • Courier or weather disruptions

  • Peak holiday periods
